The other design I practiced was number 3 which the 'Innocent Looking' look.
Products used:
*Catrice foundation
*Essence matt powder
*eyebrow kit
*brush kit
*pin tail comb
*hair elastic
*Etude House lip tint in P5
*MakeUp Revolution Salvation Eye Shadow Palette
*mascara
*Dior Powder in 003 Catwalk Pink
The MakeUp:
- clean the face and apply moisturizer
- apply the foundation and blend it in well
- powder and make sure to cover the eye area nicely so there won't be any greasy lines
- apply the shimmery light brown onto the eyelids->want to have a natural look, also apply a light shimmery colour underneath the eyes-close to waterline to highlight that area and make her eyes look bigger->then apply mascara
- fill in the eyebrows with a natural looking brown->don't make the brows look to strong
- cheeks: apply the Dior powder lightly on the cheeks, just buff it on slightly, I don't want to much colour on the cheeks->just want to create a healthy and fresh looking face
- lips: dab some of the Etude House lip tint in P5 onto the center of the lips and smudge is slightly outwards to the outer corners of the lips
The Hair:
- take up all the hair and make a high ponytail
- the hair does not have to be neatly combed back for that ponytail but also should not be too messy
As for the clothes I found this red dress in my sister wardrobe and thought it would be great to show the contrast. Her looks(hair and face) are quite natural and innocent but the dress looks more sexy. Shows she has not only her innocent side.
The Pictures:
All in all I liked this simple look. I think it would be good as an every day makeup look but I found it too simple and not exciting enough to use as my Claudia design. That's why it didn't make it into the finals^^
